Nijinsky's Sacre de Printemps

Ambition in arts, heaven forbid

small-scale hurrying past horrors

old age, fame, the hit parade

intrinsic stardom that lives

in an unscreened dance scene--

Your name on high, clever

romancing of biways,

clodhopper ruins scolded warrior

town dumbfounded by excess

morbidity--who the hell

do you think keeps us sinking

in the flotsam figuroa, spent

long-lasting erect bodies

What the hell a recreation

Stravinsky's Sacre de Printemps

choreographed by Vasily N.

given shape in reconstruction

Robert Joffrey ballet
